Nicholas P. Michnevitz, III
Nicholas is a Partner at MBH ARCHITECTURE, LLC and has been with the firm since 1988. Nicholas is a registered Architect and has certification with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) with Licenses in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Vermont.
Nicholas is the lead designer for over 500 Healthcare projects with a rich understanding of their environments and technical requirements. His personal involvement in each project placed in his charge, provides a continuity and successful transition for each phase of design process.
Recently, Nicholas has developed projects for a broader Healthcare market focusing on new perspectives in Holistic Health and Sustainable Environments. His Holistic approach involves a variety of studies including: Feng Shui, Sacred Geometry, Shamanic, Sustainability, Astrology, Economy, Energy and Spirit. Nicholas has lectured on such topics throughout the State. Nicholas is also an Educator in Health codes and has provided lectures and assistance to State Regulators for code compliance and Interpretation. Nicholas’ Healthcare specialty includes: Strategic and Facilities Master Planning, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Hospitals, Community Health Centers, Clinical Specialties,Senior Living (CCRC), Physical Rehabilitation Centers, Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Centers, Clincal Laboratories and Holistic Wellness Centers.
